Farrell's Eagan is more than a gym. Unlike typical gyms, Farrell's has educated our members about the importance of nutrition since our inaugural 10-Week Challenge. If you’re fueling your body with whole, healthy foods, it leads to superior results! But knowing what to eat can be complex—especially with so much conflicting information out there. There won’t be any guessing with Farrell's.

We make eating the right foods simple. With our proven nutrition plans, you won’t feel hungry because you’ll be eating a balanced diet of nutritious, body-fueling foods. And we lay out all of it for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We teach you what your body needs for you to meet your goals. When you stick to our nutrition plan, you will get results—and you’ll feel the change in your body and mind that only nourishing food can offer.

We tailor your plan to meet your specific needs and goals. You won’t feel restricted. You can continue going out to eat, and you can still eat the same meals as your family. You’ll learn what your best food choices are in any circumstance. And there’s always your weekly Farrell's Fun Day where you can splurge on some of your favorite goodies—whether it’s a donut for breakfast, pizza for dinner, or a drink or two with friends!

To make things even easier, your coach will always be available to answer questions and give you recommendations. They will review your food logs and meal plans to help keep you on the right path. Plus, you can always find delectable ideas and new recipes to keep you content in the Farrell's cookbook.

Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll explain good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different vital nutrients at all meals. Your whole Farrell's Family will be here to encourage you, especially your coach. You’ll master how to plan your meals and document them for success.

Don’t sweat it if being prepared isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll be given 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include clear instructions and guidance on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be complete without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we tell members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are flexible. Follow them as written or switch it up to meet your tastes. Some members like to eat identical meals daily for a full week, while others like to have alternatives. Your coach, or everyone in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not certain which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Not feeling full after a meal? Make sure our team knows, and we’ll help you stay fueled and satisfied.
